Cumulus-Park is an established developer of modern residential estates. Osiedle Leśna is one of their latest projects: homes in a scenic, nature-close setting for families and people who value calm without giving up city access. The client needed a functional, attractive website and consistent graphic materials to present the investment strengths. We analysed the local market and audience, audited competing projects, created an investment visual template (greens and beiges echoing the forest and simple elegance), templates for flyers, folders, billboards and social, and embedded quality visualisations. The site includes homepage hero and key facts, offer section with filters (area, rooms, location in building), gallery, interactive map of surroundings, technical performance optimisation, and messaging on eco solutions, nature, connectivity, and modern architecture.
